SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Bischoff Performance Improvement Consulting, in conjunction with The HR Matrix, LLC, has, at the
request of the Board of Supervisors' Ad Hoc Committee, submitted a proposal to facilitate the strategic
planning process for Mendocino County (proposal attached). Staff requests the Board review and approve
the proposal and direct staff to move forward with the contract. The suggested timeline is as follows:
June 9, 2021: Board of Supervisors selects Facilitator
June 2021: Contract/Scope of Work Negotiated
June 22, 2021: Contract to Board of Supervisors for Approval
