Approve retroactive Agreement with Tulare County Superintendent of Schools/California Friday Night Live Partnership in the amount of $5,500 to implement one substantial, comprehensive Tobacco Prevention Advocacy Project, effective September 15, 2020 through June 30, 2021; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Assistant Director/Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director or designee to sign any amendments that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The California Department of Education (CDE) funds Tulare County Superintendent of Schools for Tobacco Advocacy Projects. California Friday Night Live Partnership (CFNLP--a program under the umbrella of Tulare County Superintendent of Schools) has been supporting Mendocino County youth tobacco advocacy efforts for over fifteen years. "Go Away Smokers, Please" (GASP) is a Mendocino County California FNLP youth advocacy chapter that has been actively involved in tobacco prevention work with Public Health/Community Wellness for the past seven years.
