PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On December 14, 2015, the Board approved agreement BOS 16-001 with Interactive Resources in an amount of $178,380 for design and engineering services for the Capital Improvement roof replacement projects for the Administration Center and the Public Health buildings On August 4, 2015, the Board approved Resolution 15-113 authorizing the Capital Improvement Projects from the FY 2015-2016 recommended budget. On September 9, 2015, the FY 2015-2016 final budget was approved including roof replacement projects for the Administration Center and the Public Health buildings.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Additional engineering and design work to the Administration Center and the Public Health buildings require an additive change order to the original agreement with Interactive Resources.
