SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
In May, 2014, the Executive Office entered in to an agreement with Granicus, Inc., for cloud-based government transparency solutions related to boards and commissions management. In December, 2015 an amendment was made to the agreement to include agenda management solutions services. In June, 2016 a second amendment was made to the agreement to include meeting video and minutes management solutions services. The Executive Office is requesting to make a third amendment to the agreement for services related to HD meeting video management solutions services. The total agreement amount since May, 2014 is $46,680.89 for services related to the agreement and two agreement amendments. The total agreement amount through FY 2016/17 is estimated to reach $69,000, with the inclusion of the third amendment to the agreement.

Do not approve Agreement and provide direction to staff.
