Approve Change Order No. 2 to Board of Supervisors Agreement No. 16-001 with Interactive Resources in the amount of $73,420 for a total revised Agreement amount of $275,200 and an extension of the contract term through December 31, 2017, for additional design and engineering services for roof and HVAC equipment replacement projects for the County Administration Center and the Public Health/Mental Health buildings; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Board of Supervisors Agreement No. 16-001 with Interactive Resources is for the design and engineering for three major roof and HVAC equipment replacement projects at the County Administration Center and the Public Health/Mental Health buildings. The first project is nearly complete at the NW half of the County Administration Building, and the Architect is working diligently to complete the designs for the remaining two projects for bidding this spring.
