By Resolution No. 02-207 (September 17, 2002), the Board of Supervisors (BOS) approved BOS Agreement No. 02-269/DOT Agreement No. 990106 (Rev 1) with Quincy Engineering, Inc. for plans, specifications, and estimate bid packages for replacement of the bridge and approaches on School Way, CR 236, over the Russian River. By Resolution No. 07-008 (January 9, 2007), Board authorized the Director of Transportation to execute changes to any DOT contract that exceeds $250,000 by up to $25,000, plus 5% of the amount of the original contract costs in excess of $250,000.
