Adopt Resolution approving Department of Transportation (DOT) Agreement number (No.) 170015, Professional Services Agreement with SHN Consulting Engineers & Geologists, Inc., in the amount of $269,403, for engineering and consulting services for the Landfill Water and Gas Monitoring and Reporting Program (Laytonville, Caspar, and Gualala Areas); and authorize Chair to sign same.

By Resolution Number (No.) 09-076 (April 7, 2009) the Board of Supervisors (BOS) approved DOT Agreement No. 090054/BOS Agreement No. 09-051 with Geo-Logic Associates for Water Quality Monitoring Report Preparation for Caspar, South Coast, and Laytonville Landfills. By Resolution No. 12-020 (January 24, 2012) the Board approved DOT Agreement No. 110106/BOS Agreement No. 12-014, Professional Services Agreement with SHN Consulting Engineers & Geologists, Inc., (SHN) for Water and Gas Monitoring Services at Closed Landfills Located in Laytonville, Caspar, and Gualala.
