PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On April 21, 2015, the Board adopted Resolution No. 15-057 approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Mendocino and the Mendocino County Law Enforcement Management Association.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Board of Supervisors' negotiating team met with representatives from the Mendocino County Law Enforcement Management Association and have reached agreement regarding the appropriate terms and conditions of employment for the term July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019. Attached is a Resolution approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and the MOU (Attachment A). The proposal includes a salary increase (approximate General Fund (GF) cost of $60,615) effective first full pay period following approval of the MOU. Funding for the salary increases will be included in the FY 2017-18 Adopted Budget.
