Authorize contract award to T&T Paving Inc. dba Valley Paving in the amount of $198,600 for the Mendocino County WISC (Building Nos. 61 & 62) Parking Lot Paving & Lighting Project and authorize Chair to sign same; further authorize the Facilities and Fleet Division Manager to act as Project Manager and approve change orders for the project, pursuant to public contract code section 20142.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
The fiscal year budget for 2017-2018 went into effect July 1, 2017 which included funding for the Mendocino County WISC Parking Lot Paving & Lighting Project.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The project includes new asphalt paving and striping of an existing graveled parking lot located on the east side of the Willits Integrated Services Center (WISC) at 470 East Valley Street in Willits, CA 95490. The project also includes additional concrete ADA access ramps and path of travel upgrades, along with upgraded area/ security lighting. The parking lot paving and striping, concrete, ADA upgrades, and lighting work will be completed by June 30, 2018.
