Approve an addendum to the Joint Powers Agency (JPA) Agreement between the Counties of Napa, Marin and Lake adding Mendocino County to the JPA - Workforce Alliance of the North Bay (WANB); approve an addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Counties of Napa, Marin and Lake adding Mendocino County to the MOU; and authorize Chair to sign same; and select two Board members to sit on the Workforce Alliance Governing Board to represent Mendocino County.

On November 1, 2016 the Board of Supervisors signed a letter to consolidate Mendocino County's Workforce Development Area into the regional board, the Workforce Alliance of the North Bay.
