Approve the second Amendment to Agreement No. JA-J17-002 and PA No.18-77 with Canteen Services of Ukiah in the amount of $10,000, for a new Agreement amount of $60,000, for Inmate Commissary Service and Smart Deposit Banking System for the Mendocino County Sheriff Office Jail for the term of May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The agreement with Canteen Services of Ukiah for County Jail commissary services is being closed out as a subsequent agreement with another commissary company has been put in place. The addition of funds under this amendment request will allow the County Jail to pay invoices for Canteen Services of Ukiah that are due with the transition of services to the new company. With the County's new agreement requirements, and the amount of funds that have passed through the agreement with Canteen Services of Ukiah, the addition of funds to the agreement puts it in the Board of Supervisors approval authority.
