PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
By Resolution N0. 17-054 (April 18, 2017), the Board of Supervisors authorized DOT to advertise for bids and award DOT Contract No. 160103 to perform the Traffic Signal Maintenance on North State Street, CR 104, at the intersections of Ford Road, CR 250, Kuki Lane, CR 250A, West Lake Mendocino Drive, CR 227B, and Lake Mendocino Drive., CR 227B.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Work has been completed. DOT would like to file the Notice of Completion to commence the applicable lien periods, and pending no claims, release Contract Sureties after expiration of lien periods. Contract Surety must be released as prescribed by existing laws.

Postpone approval of the Notice of Completion and release of Contract Sureties for DOT Contract No. 160103.
