PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On September 12, 2017, the Board of Supervisors approved Agreement 17-100 with Cobblestone Systems for contract management software services and maintenance for fiscal year 2017-2018 through fiscal year 2021-22.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Executive Office/Information Services Division has performed additional research regarding the license types offered by Cobblestone Systems and has determined that it would be in the County's best interest to implement concurrent user licenses. By doing so, the County will be able to have as many users as needed at one time and will not be limited to the number of users that can utilize the systems at one time. This amendment does not alter the fiscal aspects of the contract.

ALTERNATIVE ACTION/MOTION:
Do not approve contract and provide alternative direction to staff.
