Approve Joint Operating Agreement (No. P17OA050) between the County of Mendocino and the State of California Natural Resources Agency Department of Parks and Recreation for the rehabilitation and use of the Ford House Carriage House in the Mendocino Headlands State Park as a new Sheriff's Substation in the Town of Mendocino; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
September 2014 approval of Capital Improvement Budget Unit 1710 including $125,000 for a Mendocino Substation and subsequent authorization for the Sheriff's Department to negotiate an Joint Operation Agreement with California State Department of Parks and Recreation for the development and use of the facility. Concurrently, Authorization and Approval of the Construction Contract with Swithenbank Construction in the amount of $245,687 for the reconstruction of the Ford House Carriage House as a New Sheriff's Substation.
