Approve amendment to BOS Agreement No. 17-141 with Willow Glen Care Center increasing the amount from $1,000,000 to $1,115,840 to provide residential treatment services for Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services clients in FY 2017-18; authorize Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Willow Glen Care Center provides coordinated residential care and specialized programs in a safe and supportive environment. Willow Glen offers a broad range of services to adults requiring a structured environment due to mental health challenges. Services include group therapy, trainings, entertainment/recreation, transportation and programs to promote the recovery of clients for independent living in the community. The County's goal is to transfer clients to a less restrictive residential setting as soon as they are medically able. Basic daily rates vary depending on the level of care.
