Adopt Resolution approving retroactive Performance Agreement No. 17-94594 with the California Department of Health Care Services in the amount of $0 for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022, for the County to provide specialty mental health services and authorizing the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director to sign the Agreement and any amendments that do not exceed the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Mendocino County routinely signs a contract with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) that allows the County to recoup federal and state funds (Federal Financial Participation and State Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment dollars) and all other revenue streams awarded to the County to provide specialty mental health services. This Agreement outlines expectations related to services provided under the County's Mental Health Plan.
