Adopt Resolution approving Department of Transportation (DOT) Agreement Number (No.) 180075 in the amount of $500 with and accepting the Grant Deed conveying real property from Mendocino Redwood Company, LLC, for the acquisition of rights of way needed for construction of permanent 2017 January storm damage repairs on Mountain View Road, County Road (CR) 210, Milepost (MP) 14.50, Project No. F-1706.202PR, (Boonville Area); and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
Resolution No. 17-110 (August 1, 2017), Board of Supervisors (BOS) authorized DOT to advertise for bids and award DOT contracts to construct 2016 and 2017 storm damage permanent repairs on various county roads including Mountain View Road, CR 510, MP 14.50.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Rights of way are needed for the above-referenced project for repairs that consist of constructing a soldier pile wall with tie backs and sub drains, and to modify site drainage and installing a v ditch, all to repair and resurface the roadway damaged by the 2017 January storms on Mountain View Road, CR 510 at MP 14.50.
