SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Magellan Health Services of California, Inc. - Employer Services (Magellan), has been providing Employee Assistance Program services to Mendocino County employees since October 1, 2014. The monthly invoices are calculated Per Employee per Month and have not increased since the original contracting date. Keenan and Associates, consultants to the Self-Funded Health Plan, will perform an RFP in early 2019 for services after December 31, 2019.
