RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve Agreement with Consolidated Tribal Health in the amount of $200,000 to provide strategies to improve access and engagement in behavioral health services to tribal community members in accordance with Mental Health Services Act - Prevention and Early Intervention criteria effective when Agreement becomes fully executed through June 30, 2020; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Mendocino County Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Reversion Plan identified $679,476 available for Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) services in Mendocino County. Consolidated Tribal Health will use $200,000 of these funds to provide strategies to improve access and engagement in behavioral health services to tribal members that meet Mental Health Services Act - Prevention and Early Intervention (MHSA-PEI) criteria for FY 2018-20.
