Adopt Resolution authorizing the County of Mendocino to submit an application to HCD for CDBG funding in the amount of $2,140,001 for three projects; 1. RCHDC public improvements in support of affordable housing; 2. West Company Microenterprise Technical Assistance and; 3. EDFC PTA study; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
In late November 2018, the State Department of Housing and Community Development posted the 2018 CDBG Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for rural counties to apply for Community Development Block Grant funding. In order to qualify for the application process, Mendocino County must submit an application prior to February 26, 2019 and meet all necessary guidelines.
