RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve the proposed eligibility list of applications for FARMER Program funds; authorize the District to fund projects as projects are approved for funding by CAPCOA and Placer County APCD and enter into a contractual agreement with each of the applicants that outlines the requirements associated with these funds; and authorize the transfer of funds to each of the applicants upon receipt of proof of work completed.
