PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
The Board of Supervisors approved the appropriation transfer of funds for the grant award for Outreach Vehicle on Oct. 16, 2019.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Library has received a grant of $100,000 for the "Library with no Walls" outreach vehicle. The vehicle purchase price was $65,265.60 and the Library is requesting using the remaining $34,734.40 on supplies for the outreach vehicle such as book carts and items for checkout. The California State Library has approved the use of grant funds for outreach supplies and services.
