Approve second amendment to BOS Agreement No. 18-088 with Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. in the amount of $108,000, for a new total of $599,449, to provide Residential Mental Health Treatment Services for Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, effective when Agreement becomes fully executed through June 30, 2019; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Crestwood Behavioral Health Inc., provides secure residential treatment programs that deliver a broad range of services for adults requiring a structured environment due to mental health challenges. Levels of care include the provision of groups, trainings, and programs to promote the recovery of clients for independent living in the community. The County's goal is to transfer clients to a less restrictive residential setting as soon as they are medically able. Basic daily rates vary depending on the level of care.
