Approve Agreement with Anderson Valley Unified School District in the amount of $54,700 to provide Mental Health Services Act Prevention and Early Intervention services, effective July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Anderson Valley Unified School District will provide Prevention and Early Intervention Services to at least eighty (80) children and youth with the intent of reducing negative outcomes that may result from untreated mental illness. Such services include outreach, education, mental health clinician services, community based family support, and other treatment and interventions that promote recovery and improve functional outcomes for individuals in the early emergence of serious mental illness.
