Approve retroactive Agreement with FEI.Com, Inc., in the amount of $63,056.72 to provide support and maintenance for the MendoWITS Software System for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not exceed the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
FEI.Com, Inc., is a software company located in Columbia, Maryland providing support and maintenance services for Mendocino County's version of the Web-based Infrastructure for Treatment Services ("MendoWITS") Electronic Health Record system used by Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS), Substance Abuse Disorders Treatment.

The Fiscal Year 2019-20 Agreement includes support and maintenance of the MendoWITS ad-hoc reporting service/system, various enhancements to existing modules, and additional support services to allow a smooth transition of the MendoWITS system into Avatar, the electronic health record system currently used for Mental Health records. BHRS has been contracting with NetSmart Technologies since May 2, 2018, to make this transition.
