Authorize the Health and Human Services Agency to submit acceptance documents for Mendocino County's Noncompetitive Allocation Award of $1,719,462 under California's No Place Like Home Program; adopt Resolution authorizing acceptance of said allocation award and authorizing the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign the Revenue Agreement, as Agent, and any amendments or renewals that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

On July 1, 2016, Governor Brown signed legislation enacting the No Place Like Home (NPLH) program to dedicate up to $2 billion in bond proceeds to invest in the development of permanent supportive housing for persons who are in need of mental health services and are experiencing homelessness, chronic homelessness, or who are at risk of chronic homelessness.
