Approve submission of letter to the California Health Facilities Financing Authority evidencing Mendocino County's intent to use Measure B Mental Health Treatment Act Funding, along with $500,000 in Mental Health Wellness Grant Funding, to develop a Crisis Residential Treatment Program; and authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director and/or Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director to submit said letter to the California Health Facilities Financing Authority.
