Adopt Resolution approving Department of Transportation Agreement Number 220004 in the amount of $500.00 and accepting the Grant Deed conveying real property from Albert Lee Williams and Patricia Williams, Co-Trustees of the Albert and Patricia Williams Revocable Inter Vivos Trust dated October 27, 1998, for the acquisition of rights-of-way needed for construction of permanent 2019 Storm Damage Repairs on Mountain View Road, County Road 510, milepost 20.00 (Boonville Area); and authorize Chair to sign same.

By Resolution Number (No.) 21-045 (April 6, 2021), the Board of Supervisors (BOS) authorized the Department of Transportation (DOT) to advertise for bids and award DOT contracts to construct 2019 Storm Damage Permanent Repairs on Mountain View Road, County Road (CR) 510, at mileposts (M.P.) 1.65, 13.95 and 20.00.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Rights-of-way are needed for the above-referenced project for repairs that consist of removal of residual slide materials, roadway excavation, and placement of rock slope protection, drainage structures and paving, all to repair and resurface the roadway damaged by the 2019 January storms on Mountain View Road, CR 510 at M.P. 20.00. ...
