Adopt Resolution affirming Mendocino County Department of Social Services as the administrative entity for the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care, and naming the Mendocino County Department of Social Services Director or designee(s) as the authorized signatory for the allocation of $1,422,029 from the California Emergency Solutions and Housing program funds to assist persons who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness in Mendocino County in fiscal years 2018-19 through 2023-24; and authorize Chair to sign same.
