RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt Resolution ratifying the Amended Grant Agreement for the State ARB AB 617 Community Air Protection Program Grant (G19-MCAP-24-1), authorizing the MCAQMD to accept the Grant funds in the amount of $75,223.98 for the term of June 15, 2020, through June 30, 2025, commiting to complying with the requirements of the Grant Agreement, and ratifying the Air Pollution Control Officer's Execution and Submission of the Agreement to ARB; authorize the Air Pollution Control Officer to seek additional funding for this grant program that may become available during this term; and authorize Chair to sign same.
