Approve Agreement with National Training Consultants in the amount of $224,564, to provide facilitation of all court-mandated Family Empowerment Groups in Ukiah, Willits, and Fort Bragg and Facilitation for Willits Intake Support Group for Department of Social Services, Family and Children's Services, effective July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023; authorize the Department of Social Services Director to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
National Training Consultants (NTC) provides facilitation of Family Empowerment Groups (FEG), a court-ordered group service required of parents who have cases in Mendocino County Juvenile Dependency Court. This Agreement provides for the staffing of full facilitation of eight FEGs in Ukiah, Willits and Fort Bragg and one Intake Support Group in Willits for up to fifty weeks and covers costs associated with facilitation, travel, documentation, training, participation in Child and Family Team meetings, Case Conferences, and other reporting needs as required by Family and Children's Services social workers.
