RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt Resolution Ratifying the Grant Agreement for the State ARB Prescribed Burn Reporting and Monitoring Support Program Grant (G21-PBRM-13), authorizing the Mendocino County Air Quality Management District (MCAQMD) to accept grant funding in the amount of $96,600 for the term of June 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024, committing to complying with the requirements of the Grant Agreement, and ratifying the Air Pollution Control Officer's Execution and Submission of the Agreement to ARB; authorize the Air Pollution Control Officer to seek additional funding for this grant program that may become available during this term; and authorize Chair to sign same.
