Approve Agreement (First Amendment to Purchasing Agent Agreement No. PA 18-349) with OpenGov Inc., increasing the amount from $45,000 to $90,000 and extending the end date from July 16, 2022, to July 16, 2025, for continued use of OpenGov's Management Reporting Software, effective July 17, 2019 through July 16, 2025; authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any amendments that do not increase the maximum contracted amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The County has utilized OpenGov's online Management Reporting & Transparency software since 2017 to provide the public with the ability to access County financial information. The software includes essential visualizations and customized reporting features that are beneficial to the public. The proposed amendment incorporates a new quote from OpenGov that will allow the County continued use of the software through July 16, 2025, at the rate of $15,000 per year. This rate remains unchanged from the original agreement executed in 2019.
