Adopt Resolution authorizing the execution of a Cooperative Agreement and a Work and Financial Plan with the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plan Health Inspection Services, Wildlife Services for the Mendocino County Integrated Wildlife Damage Management Program, and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On December 17, 2019, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution Nos. 14-422 and 14-424, which, respectively: (1) certified the final environmental impact report ("Final EIR") for the Mendocino County Integrated Wildlife Damage Management ("IWDM") Program, and (2) adopted the IWDM Program as operated by the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services, Wildlife Services ("Wildlife Services"), as the program that will provide wildlife damage management services for Mendocino County.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
