The Mental Health Treatment Act Citizen’s Oversight Committee has provided regular updates to the Board of Supervisors since May 2018.                     

 

Summary of Request

On November 7, 2017, the voters of Mendocino County passed Measure B (Ordinance Number 4387), and the Mental Health Treatment Act Citizen's Oversight Committee was formed. Behavioral Health and Recovery Services has provided support to the Committee and oversight of the projects, fiscal, and programs over the last year. Behavioral Health and Recovery Services is providing a status report on activities related to the Mental Health Treatment Act projects and programs.
